About Me

Hi, I Am Glenda Hill

A healthy lifestyle coach dedicated to empowering Christian women to embrace natural health. After retiring from a 9-year nursing position, I discovered the healing power of nourishing our bodies with whole foods. This shift healed my leaky gut and abdominal bloating, and a remarkable 30-pound weight loss and inches off my waist within six weeks. Three years later, I still maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle.

Located in central Texas, I share my life with my loving husband of 36 years. Together, we grow organic produce in our backyard, blending our passion for healthy living with our Gospel of Health ministry work.

My personal success story inspired the creation of the “Thirty Pounds Down” weekly podcast in 2022. Through this platform, I share my holistic nutrition approach to weight loss, aiming to guide women away from quick fixes and towards sustainable solutions. I understand the struggles of regaining lost weight and am committed to offering personalized holistic nutrition guidance on what, when, and how to eat to achieve lasting health and wellness.

When you work with me, you can expect personalized support and guidance tailored to your needs. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  1. Holistic Nutrition Guidance: Discover what, when, and how to eat to achieve your health goals sustainably.
  2. Overcoming Challenges: Identify and conquer the challenges holding you back. We’ll work together to uncover and address any barriers hindering your progress, ensuring you stay on track toward achieving your health goals.
  3. Accountability and Motivation: You won’t walk this journey alone. I’ll provide the accountability and support you need to stay motivated, adhere to your action plan, and navigate unexpected challenges.

What I Do for Healthy Nutrition?

My holistic nutrition philosophy is influenced by Genesis 1:29, promoting plant-based meals filled with fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, and seeds. This clean eating concept naturally helps control excess calorie intake, thus supporting sustainable weight management. Eating whole foods cultivates mindfulness in eating habits and gratitude for the nutritional properties in food, which pave the way for long-term health and happiness.
